- Door Systems – Replace manual or worn automatic doors with new Fermator centre-opening or telescopic systems. Faster, quieter, and safer.
- Cabin Interiors – Full redesign: SS wall panels, designer ceiling, new flooring, LED lighting, COP panel with LCD/TFT display, handrails, and ventilation fan.
- Safety Devices – Add or replace overspeed governors, safety gears, PU buffers, light curtains, door interlocks, and emergency rescue devices.
- Wiring & Travelling Cable – Replace degraded wiring to eliminate intermittent faults, short circuits, and communication errors between controller and car.
- COP & LOP Panels – Modern touch-sensitive or push-button panels with floor indicators, direction arrows, and emergency communication buttons.
- Guide Rail Alignment – Check and realign guide rails to eliminate cabin vibration, noise, and uneven levelling that develops over years of use.

Our engineer inspects your existing elevator from top to bottom – controller, traction machine, door systems, cabin condition, wiring, and safety devices. We identify what must be replaced, what can be retained, and what’s optional but recommended. You receive a detailed assessment report with photos, condition ratings, and our honest recommendation – not a sales pitch to replace everything.
Based on the assessment, we finalize the scope of work together. Want to upgrade the controller and cabin but keep the existing machine? That works. Need a full overhaul? We plan it in phases to minimize downtime – typically completing the upgrade in 10–20 days depending on scope. You get a fixed-price quotation with a clear timeline and milestone payments. No scope creep, no mid-project surprises.
